We are looking for an entry level Environmental Graphic Designer to support its Branding and Graphic Design Services in our Dallas office. Our Environmental Brand designers engage with a wide variety of clients on projects of all sizes from integrated interior elements to applied graphics all within an interior environment. We help our clients tell their unique stories effectively using space as a medium for message. Our approach combines design and architectural expertise with a unique point of view and strong communication skills. The role of an Environmental Graphic Designer would be to support the project teams, providing graphic design and production for unique environmental experiences. Candidates should be passionate about helping clients enhance their brand and business performance through design, and be adept at developing creative design concepts and seeing the artwork through to production.
The Curiosity in Design Fellowship is a year-long program for recent graduates or young professionals, providing up-and-coming design talent the opportunity to build a design research toolkit that they can use in their future careers. Each fellow will work with Hugo, Corgan's research and innovation team, on studio projects and moonshot investigations, exploring future trends and disruptors, and exchanging ideas for design innovation. They will also have an opportunity to independently explore an approved topic of their choosing with the help of a collaborative advisor team made up of researchers, designers, technologists, and industry partners. This research and related data-driven design solutions will be externally published through Hugo’s Curiosity Report on the Corgan website.
This fellowship is open to students finishing their undergraduate or graduate degree, or young professionals in the first 1-3 years of their careers in architecture, interiors, or urban design - providing an opportunity to learn about design research methodologies and their application in design project work. Each year’s fellow will be selected and sponsored by Hugo, aligning the fellow’s area of interest with research and design initiatives at Corgan. During the interview process, fellow candidates can relay and discuss their office preference with the Hugo team.
At Corgan, we aim to foster innovation and elevate our designs through a research-driven approach. Our fellows become conduits in our practice advocating for informed design, helping us build knowledgeable, cross-disciplinary teams that can design for the future, together. They should be curious minded and passionate about human-centered design and creating good experiences within the built environment
